He advises clients (French and global industrial groups and investment funds) in connection with their equity transactions, mergers, acquisitions (LBOs and joint ventures in particular) and asset disposals.
Pierre has over 18 years of experience in tax. Pierre started his career at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1999 before joining Landwell (PwC Law firm in Paris and London) where he worked until 2005. He has been practicing at the firm since its creation in 2005.
His experience ranges from international tax structuring, acquisition/restructuring advisory, due diligence, corporate tax advisory, tax litigation, SPA assistance notably in the framework of international negotiation.
Pierre has a wide range of expertise, with particular focus on the health & pharmaceutical sector and transportation companies.
Pierre regularly holds training sessions on corporation taxation at University Paris Dauphine (Master 221).
He has been an attorney at law since 1999.
Pierre is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF) and the European American Chamber of Commerce (EACC)
