Lionel Jung-Allégret has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since December 1989. He is a lecturer at the University of Versailles.
After the Institut des Etudes Politiques de Paris, he studied law and philosophy at Assas Paris University (Institut des Hautes Etudes Internationales and Master degrees)and enter the Paris Bar training school in 1989.
Sharing his activity between the council and the litigation of business and insurance, he founded in the cabinet Vendôme in December 1992.
Lionel assists institutional clients in strategic, legal and social restructuring, including mergers & acquisitions, transfer of companies and assets real estate acquisition and employment and collective bargaining issues.
He is the usual advisor to companies that he accompanies both in external growth operations and in dealing with regulatory, contractual and corporate aspects.
Lionel devotes part of his time to litigation, negotiation and mediation, and represents his clients and their executives before their regulatory and supervisory authorities.
Insurance law renowned specialist, he conducted the litigation, banks-insurance and civil liability team of Vendôme law firm.
