Etienne Pujol joined STCPARTNERS in October 2014 to conduct and develop the Labor Law department.
He assists our clients in their day-to-day HR management, both for individual and collective relationship issues.
He also accompanies our French and international clients in their restructuring operations, redundancy plan, outsourcing… His team works together with the corporate and tax teams on mergers & acquisitions and management packages issues.
After starting his career with Debevoise & Plimpton law firm in Paris in 1998, he joined de Gaulle Fleurance & Associés law firm in 2003 to supervise the creation of their Labor Law department. From 2006, he was a partner with Granrut law firm, heading its labor law team and has been its co-managing partner for 4 years.
He is also a member of the French Union of employment lawyers for companies (www.avosial.fr), the European Employment Lawyers’ Association (www.eela.org), the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce (www.francobritishchamber.org) and the European American Chamber of Commerce (www.eaccfrance.com). He regularly organizes conferences for their members.
Etienne Pujol holds an International Business Law Master degree and an International Law DJCE (University Aix-Marseille II) and a LLB at the University College London.
